Information and Care
Our flowers are grown around the world and individually picked to begin the preservation process to be turned into a forever flower. Once preserved, the flowers are checked for quality, color and freshness and then shipped to our New York based headquarters. The preservation process allows for each flower to hold its color and shape for over a year.
Yes! They are real, fresh cut flowers that undergo a preservation process.
Yes! They will last up to a year and sometimes even more with proper care. For care instructions, please check the product page.
No. Please do not remove any florals from their original placement. However, some bouquets and arrangements may require minor fluffing after removal from the box. To fluff, use a dull thin stick to gently fluff out each petal.
Shipping and Returns
Yes, we ship our products nationwide out of our New York Headquarters.
Each product is hand-made just for you! Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to arrive.
We do not accept returns of products. However, if a product gets damaged in shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@floristinabox.com
